We work closely with each Board to understand the community, identify what needs attention, and establish clear expectations. From there, we focus on responsive communication, consistent follow-through, and practical solutions that support the Board’s decisions and the community’s long-term needs.

Our leadership brings decades of industry experience managing communities, guiding Boards, overseeing complex operations, and navigating the day-to-day challenges of community association management.
Tracy Richardson, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Co-Owner & CEO
Tracy brings nearly two decades of community association management experience to IAM. As Co-Owner and CEO, she leads the company’s management operations and works directly with Boards, team members, and communities. Her CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations reflect a longstanding commitment to professional education and industry standards.
John Richardson
Co-Owner
John works alongside Tracy in the operation and continued development of Integrity Alliance Management. His background in leadership, construction, and sales brings a practical business perspective to the company, while his hands-on experience also supports the light maintenance services IAM provides to its communities.
